Through your gift to this appeal, Bible Society will be able to make urgent repairs to Bible House which Church leaders have identified as a key infrastructure for Bible distribution.  Daily, people who have lost everything in the storm come to Bible House seeking Bibles.

Your gift will also help to provide Bibles and a Scripture selection entitled ‘From Frightful Nargis to a Brighter Future’ to those who have been severely traumatised by the storm, as well as Bibles and New Testaments for distribution through churches.

Additionally, as a member of the newly formed Myanmar Christian Coalition for Storm Relief, which represents 20 Christian relief and Church organizations, Bible Society will be involved in providing cyclone victims with an emergency package which includes Scriptures as well as rice and clothing.
