Waitangi Day in Rongotea this year was calm and very hot and the stall with the most buyers was the Bible Society's Rongotea Action Group's stall. People come looking for the stall each year at the Lion's Club Gala Day as people know that they will get a great product at a good price along with friendly service.

The Gala opened at 9.00am and the stall was sold out by 1.30pm. A great result.

Last year the Pipe Band stopped by the Stall and played Amazing Grace. They did the same this year as well.

Thanks to all who helped on the day and all who provided the goods to sell.
