Helping bring the Word Of God to your People

Each year we give away more than 50,000 Bibles, New Testaments and Scripture portions to groups all over New Zealand.

We work closely with partner organisations and churches including Habitat for Humanity, Tira Tūhāhā Prison Chaplaincy Aotearoa, The Interchurch Council for Hospital Chaplaincy,  Te Whatu Ora – Health New Zealand, New Zealand Defence Force and New Zealand Police to bring the Bible to those that may never have encountered it before.

Bibles for Prison Chaplains

“John 3:16, that’s the start. ‘For God so loved the world He sends His only begotten Son,’ and we go on to say, ‘Not to condemn’ – now that’s a big thing for prisoners.”

In the video below you’ll discover how Richard uses the Bible in his role as a Prison Chaplain to help those he works with come to faith and to start a new life in Christ.

Richard shares how this can help the condemned to discover the unconditional forgiveness God has for them.

Through our grants programme, our generous supporters make it possible for the transformative Word of God to be supplied in prisons around the country.

Bibles for Hopspital Chaplains

“A Bible in a hospital is really another medical tool for many people. It’s like a comforting thing to have by their bed space when they’re going through some tough times.”

In the video below you’ll discover how Graeme has used the Bible in his Hospital Chaplaincy role to help people process and make sense of what they are going through.

Graeme shares how this can lead those suffering to discover the depth of unconditional love God has for them.

This is only made possible by our generous supporters who make it possible for people across New Zealand to access the Word of God in their hour of need.
