Today, Iraq, Morocco, and Türkiye are all Muslim-majority nations, with 95–99 per cent of their populations identifying as Muslim. It is within this context that the Bible Societies of Iraq, Türkiye, and Morocco continue their vital work. In the face of pressure, hardship, and isolation, the Bible Societies in these countries are faithfully sharing the hope of Christ—offering Scripture, support, and a sense of spiritual belonging.
Their work is courageous, costly, and deeply impactful—but it cannot continue without our help. These Bible Societies rely on the support of global partners like us to continue their mission in challenging environments and if they cease to operate, they will never be able to re-establish themselves.
