Direct Debiting
Make your gift with a direct debit
Direct Debiting is safe and convenient and allows Bible Society to take funds as decided by you from your bank account. This is done by completing the appropriate Authority to Accept Direct Debit form below.
Form 1:
Provides a one off signoff and then you fill in each appeal on the response form the amount you want to give and provide your signature.
Form 2:
Provides a one off signoff off but you make a commitment for the same amount to be withdrawn for each appeal from hereon and don’t need to fill in the response form each time.
When completed, return the original signed form to us (not directly to your bank) by post (scanned copies are not accepted). If you send this in isolation without a direct debit appeal payment then please include a note with your name, address and Supporter ID with the form. If you don’t have a donor record number then call us and we will provide that for you. Allow ten working days for the Direct Debit authority to be put in place. From then on, you tell us how much you want us to direct debit from your bank account on any appeal form. We will need your signature and the details of your donation. The appeal form needs to be posted in the same way as cheques are returned. We will process these donations once per month. No amount will be direct debited without your approval.
