Dr Hrayr Jebejian is currently head of Bible Society in the Gulf. He oversees Bible mission in seven nations: Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

More than 20 million migrants make up 31% of the entire region’s population. Working conditions for migrants in the Gulf are very poor and Hrayr and his team are passionate about reaching these migrants with the hope of the Bible.

Hrayr has worked for Bible Society since 1980. He has a long list of academic qualifications and Bible Society accolades. One of his more recent achievements is a degree in Bible Engagement.

He is married to Dr Arda Boynerian Jebejian, a renowned expert in language preservation. They have two adult children.
