Support the restoration of Lebanon’s Bible Society office
The blast that hit the capital Beirut on August 4 killed at least 135 people, injured 5,000, and made 250,000 people homeless.
Lebanon’s Bible Society office in Beirut was also damaged by the explosion. Although their office was made unoperational in the blast, they are already planning to launch a new initiative to support Lebanese people who are in the process of rebuilding their lives.
The initiative, which is called “Reconstruct your home based on God’s Word” aims to provide Bibles and New Testaments to families restoring their homes in partnership with local churches and relief agencies. This work will add a spiritual dimension to the important humanitarian aid already happening within the country.
Can you support the restoration of Lebanon’s Bible Society office, so that it can implement this much-needed work?
