You are downloading an MP3 audio zipped folder, which contains your files. The downloaded folder needs to be unzipped (uncompressed) for the files it contains to be used by your media player.

Windows Users

PC users can use a media player to play the MP3 files. If you are having trouble to play the audio files, please download an excellent free media player called VLC to play the files (https://www.videolan.org/index.html).

To get and listen to your complementary audioGospel (Using the Microsoft Edge browser):

  1. Click “Download Now” button
  2. Save to the location that you would like
  3. Right click on the zip file that you’ve downloaded and want to unzip (uncompress) and click on “Extract All” in the context menu
  4. In “Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders” dialog, enter or browse folder path where you want files to be extracted
  5. Click the “Extract” button
  6. Once the MP3 folder has been unzipped, you can play the files on your computer

Android

Android users can also get the VLC Media Player from the Google Play Store if needed. To get and listen to your complementary audio Gospel (Using the Google Chrome browser):

  1. Click “Download Now” button
  2. Click on the zip file that you’ve downloaded and want to unzip (uncompress)
  3. Click on the “UNZIP” button
  4. Click on the file that you’d like to play

Macintosh

You are downloading an MP3 (audio) zipped folder, which contains your files. To get and listen to your complementary audio Gospel:

  1. Click the “Download Now” button
  2. Go to the folder where you’ve downloaded the file
  3. Double click on the file that you want to listen to

iPhone

To get and listen to your complementary audio Gospel (Using the Safari browser):

  1. Click on the “Download Now” button on your iPhone (it might take some time to download)
  2. Click “Open in ‘Files’”
  3. Choose a location where you want to add the file e.g. “iCloud Drive”
  4. Click “Add”
  5. Click “Preview Content” on the next screen
  6. Click the Play button to play the file

Note: Swipe to the right or to the left to navigate to the different audio files and press the Play button to play the different files.
